Miami Championship PGA Tour 2026 – Preview

The Miami Championship PGA Tour 2026 will take place at the same location that previously hosted the prestigious WGC-Cadillac Championship. From the 1960s until 2016, the Blue Monster Course at Doral served as a top venue for professional golf events.

The Miami Golf Tournament follows a limited-field pressure format with only around 70–80 players. Another crucial feature of the event is its global exposure system. It broadcasts worldwide through various sports networks which include NBC Sports and Golf Channel and Sky Sports and TSN and RDS and Eurosport and Fox Sports and other networks.

Miami Championship 2026 Location

Trump National Doral Golf Resort

The 2026 PGA Tour Miami Golf Championship will be held at the Trump National Doral Golf Resort in Miami, Florida, United States, specifically on its renowned Blue Monster Course.

This par-72 course is known for its deep bunkers, long fairways, and heavy water hazards. The name "Blue Monster" describes the course's high difficulty level which becomes more challenging with strong winds. The 18th (par-4 finishing hole) stands as the most important hole of the golf course. The 8th and 15th holes are famous as risk-and-reward holes.
