Where is the Genesis Scottish Open being Played?

The Genesis Scottish Open 2025 will be played at The Renaissance Club, North Berwick, East Lothian, Scotland. It’s about 20 miles east of Edinburgh and sits right on the coast near the Firth of Forth. The Scottish Open has been here since 2019 and the venue is confirmed until 2026 for this Rolex Series event. The Renaissance Club is a links-style course with bunkers, undulating greens, and iconic holes. The 6th hole, a par-3, is infamous for its deep pot bunkers and will test the best short game players. The 13th hole is a par-4 along the beachfront. Holes 9 to 11 were added in 2013, bringing you right up to the edge of the Firth of Forth for stunning views.

Ready for a sudden weather change on this coastal course. Wear lightweight, moisture-wicking polo shirts with comfortable golf trousers. A waterproof golf gilet is a must for early morning. Wear UV protection caps with sunglasses and you’ll be good to go.
