Promoter
The Druids Club Fund (“the Initiative”) is administered and promoted by Druids Golf Ltd (“Druids”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By submitting an application, applicants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility
1.1 Applications are open to junior golf clubs or academies located in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.
1.2 Applications must be submitted by an authorised representative aged 18 or over on behalf of the club or academy.
1.3 Only one application per club or academy will be accepted.
1.4 Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Druids reserve the right to verify any information submitted. -
Application Period
2.1 Applications open on 10 March and close at 23:59 GMT on 31 March 2026.
2.2 Applications received after this deadline will not be considered.
2.3 Druids accepts no responsibility for failed, delayed, or incomplete submissions. -
Selection Process
3.1 One recipient club or academy will be selected from each of the following regions:

England

Scotland
-
Wales
-
Ireland
-
Northern Ireland
3.2 Each selected club may nominate up to eight junior participants to receive apparel support.
3.3 Applications will be reviewed using internal evaluation criteria determined solely by Druids.
3.4 Druids will endeavour to assess submissions fairly and without bias; however, all decisions are final and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
3.5 Druids reserves the right to:

Not select a recipient in any region

Amend the number of recipients

Disqualify any application deemed misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Initiative

Support Provided
4.1 Selected recipients will receive apparel support consisting of one Junior Ambassador Pack per recipient.
4.2 No cash alternative will be offered.
4.3 Products are non-transferable and subject to availability.
4.4 Druids reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value. -
Publicity, Media & Content
5.1 By accepting support, recipients agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the Initiative.
5.2 This may include photography, videography, and digital content capture.
5.3 The applying representative confirms they have authority to grant media consent for participating minors and will secure parental or guardian permissions where required.
5.4 Druids retains the right to use captured content for marketing, advertising, social media, and website/editorial use without additional compensation or approval. -
Conduct & Representation
6.1 Recipients agree not to engage in behaviour that may bring Druids into disrepute.
6.2 Druids reserves the right to withdraw support if conduct is deemed damaging to brand reputation. -
Liability
7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Druids shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential loss

Loss arising from participation in the Initiative

Delays or failures beyond reasonable control
7.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded.

Data Protection
8.1 Personal data submitted will be processed solely for administering the Initiative.
8.2 Data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Druids’ privacy policy.
8.3 Applicants may request data removal at any time prior to selection. -
Modification or Cancellation
9.1 Druids reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Initiative or these Terms where necessary.
9.2 Any updates will be published via official Druids channels. -
Governing Law
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
10.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
